1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of horoscope.love (the “Site”), operated by Alice Won, an individual based in the United States (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are.
3. Entertainment only
Horoscopes, compatibility scores, Tarot, numerology and love games are offered for reflection and entertainment. Astrology, Tarot and numerology are not sciences, and nothing on the Site predicts the future or describes any real person’s character or intentions.
Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not make important decisions, about your health, safety, money or relationships, based on a reading. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency services.
4. Automated and AI-assisted content
Readings are generated automatically. Horoscope texts are written with the help of artificial intelligence from calculated astronomical data, and are not individually reviewed by a person before publication. They may contain errors or statements that don’t apply to you. How readings are made explains the method.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or download content in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Site, other than search engines indexing it in line with our robots.txt;
- use our content to train or build AI models or competing services;
- republish our content as your own or sell it;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the Site’s security, rate limits or access controls;
- use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading, including entering another person’s details without their permission.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Our content
All text, readings, artwork, images, design and code on the Site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and share pages. Short quotes with a link back to the original page are welcome. Any other use needs our written permission.
7. Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to other websites and uses third-party services such as Cloudflare and, with your consent, Google Analytics. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
The Site is free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OPPORTUNITIES OR RELATIONSHIPS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY READING, GAME OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard exclusively by the state or federal courts of the U.S. state in which the operator resides.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protection of those laws and may also bring proceedings in your own country.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Changes apply from that date; if you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. We may transfer these Terms to a new owner of the Site.
